How much does shipping cost for heavy gym equipment?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer flat-rate shipping on most strength equipment and free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with local installers to provide professional assembly for power racks, treadmills, and multi-gym systems. You can add this service at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of many items, return shipping fees may apply.
Are your weight plates and bars Olympic standard?
Most of our bars and plates are designed to the 2-inch Olympic standard. We also carry a specialized line of 1-inch standard equipment for home starters; please check the product specifications for details.
Do you provide a warranty on cardio machines?
All Vesta Fitness cardio machines come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty on parts and a 5-year warranty on the structural frame.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger home gym investments, we also offer flexible financing options through Affirm.
